Better Therapy

We use cognitive-behavioral approaches that are highly effective in helping people resolve problems. Recovery is fast, and most people report improvement after only the first session. We use a holistic approach, realizing that you're just one part of the big picture. Your family and friends are part of your recovery. We work to improve your relationships with them, and they are welcome as part of your team.

Better Service

We consider you as welcome guests, rather than patients, and will put out the red carpet for you! Have a cup of coffee or tea and relax with a book. We answer our phone, return calls and reply to e-mails promptly.

Available within 24-48 hrs of call. Weekend and evening appointments are available.
In Home Therapy
Therapy customized to client's needs. If you can't come to us, we can come to you within the Brandon/ Valrico area. Life skills training available.
Phone Therapy
WIth the present cost of gas, and understanding that you have a busy schedule that makes it difficult to meet with a therapist, we are now offering appointments for phone therapy.
